We’re currently hiring Entry Level Customer Service Associates to support our live events, community outreach initiatives, and in-person marketing campaigns for nonprofit partners. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, want to start quickly, and are eager to build valuable experience with a growing organization.
As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact at events and outreach sites. You’ll help introduce the public to our nonprofit campaigns, answer questions, and create memorable interactions that encourage community engagement. No previous experience is required—paid training is provided.
Welcome attendees and provide helpful, accurate campaign information
Support event operations including setup, registration, and teardown
Assist with distributing materials and representing nonprofit partners
Engage with guests to build awareness for active fundraising initiatives
Document guest interactions and share feedback with leadership
Collaborate with event and outreach teams to ensure smooth, organized events
Maintain a positive, energetic, professional presence throughout each shift
Offer high-quality customer service in fast-paced event environments
Experience not required — training is provided.

Retail, hospitality, customer service, event support, or fundraising experience.
