Job Description
Make it clear. Make it stick. Move the needle.
Most entrepreneurs know they need to lead their finances better.
Very few know how to actually do it.
That’s where you come in.
At Ark, we believe every family deserves a Family Office — not just the ultra-wealthy. Our Family Office Operating System (FOOS) gives early-stage entrepreneurs the tools they need to run their family with the same intentionality they bring to their business. As an Ark Family Coach, you’ll help them make that vision real.
Most founders can run their business like a machine. But their family? That’s chaos.
Ark helps them fix that—using the same precision they bring to their company.
You won’t be advising portfolios or drafting plans — you’ll be coaching clarity, momentum, and follow-through. Your job is to turn complex topics into simple next steps. To take overwhelming financial decisions and make them accessible, energizing, and executable.
This is a role for someone who can teach with charisma, guide with wisdom, and influence people to act—especially when they wouldn’t on their own.
About Ark Financial
We’re not building a financial firm. We’re building a movement.
Our vision is that one day, every family will have a Family Office — a system of stewardship that empowers generational Protection, Peace, and Purpose. Through our Family Office and Academy divisions, we help entrepreneurial families lead their financial lives with clarity and conviction.
Captains lead families at the highest level. Associate Captains build the runway that makes it possible.
What You’re Responsible For (Your Scoreboard)
Coach entrepreneurial families 1:1 using FOOS frameworks — covering everything from cash flow and taxes to values, vision, and governance
Drive client momentum through structured coaching, relational connection, and practical follow-through
Simplify complex ideas into plain-language action—always in the language of the entrepreneur
Capture transformation moments — wins, mindset shifts, new habits, clarity breakthroughs
Model Ark’s values: presence, urgency, stewardship, and Kingdom clarity
What It Feels Like to Work With You
You make hard things feel possible—and even simple
You teach with energy and humility, not ego or fluff
You know how to make a founder feel seen, challenged, and supported—all in the same hour
You speak truth, ask powerful questions, and know how to hold tension
You show up prepared, present, and focused—every time
What Makes You a Fit
3–10 years in coaching, consulting, financial education, advising, or entrepreneurial leadership
Strong communicator who translates complexity into clarity
Proven ability to help busy, high-capacity clients follow through
Familiarity (or learnability) across FOOS topics: tax, cash flow, estate, investing, legal/entity structure
Comfortable guiding emotionally charged financial conversations
Spiritually aligned with Ark’s mission to bring stewardship, peace, and purpose to every family
We care more about entrepreneurial clarity and coaching chemistry than credentials. If you can disciple entrepreneurs through complexity, we can train the rest.
Why This Role Is Hard
You must lead with clarity and conviction—without leaning on authority or credentials
You’ll coach across a wide range of financial and family dynamics
You’ll manage multiple clients while tailoring every session
You must help ideas stick—not just sound smart
You must balance influence and accountability, clarity and compassion, results and relationship
Career Path at Ark
Ark builds leaders who change families. Some coaches grow into Captains, stewarding full family office portfolios. Others deepen into curriculum creators, team leads, or strategic operators within Ark Academy.
We don’t push people up ladders—we steward them toward calling.
