The eData team at a law firm is hiring an

eDiscovery Project Manager

for their New York office. This role involves managing litigation documents and supporting case teams throughout the eDiscovery process. The Project Manager will oversee Relativity workspaces, including creating and managing them, processing data, running searches, and producing documents. They will also manage outsourced eDiscovery projects, ensuring timely delivery while coordinating with case teams, clients, and vendors across the EDRM lifecycle, from data preservation to presentation.

In this role, the Project Manager will consult on vendor selection, document production formats, and workflow management, while also marketing eDiscovery services to legal teams. They will provide training on tools such as Relativity, Opus 2, and OnCue and assist with the technical aspects of litigation, including database design, data processing, and production support. Exceptional customer service and technical assistance are crucial for success.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of eDiscovery project management experience, and proficiency in Relativity. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage sensitive information and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
