Job Description
Door to Door Canvassing Manager - Interview, hire, train and manage canvasser to schedule Free window, door estimates and presentations with homeowners.
Position:
• Lucrative canvass management career opening
• Earn $125K-$200K per year scheduling appointments for Home Improvements
• Must have outgoing personality, and be comfortable working and walking outside and speaking with homeowners
• 5-6 day schedule out in the field
Responsibilities:
• Establish rapport with customers
• Interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers to schedule appointment for FREE estimates for Windows and Doors
Experience:
• Experienced Interviewing, hiring, and training canvassers
Position Offers:
• Salary, commission and overrides - Earn $125K-$200K per year.
