Job Description

Growing company with multiple facilities is currently looking to hire a Head of their procurement department. This role will include: Strategic Sourcing & Category Management, Cost Savings & Value Creation, Supplier Management & Qualification, Optimization and Implementation, and Analytics & Reporting.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Food Science, or related field (MBA or CPM/CPSM preferred)
• 8+ years of procurement experience, including leadership roles in food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of market dynamics, ingredient and packaging sourcing, and global supply networks
• Expertise in category management, cost modeling, PPV analysis, and contract negotiation
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems
• Familiarity with food safety standards (BRC, SQF, FDA, etc.) and sustainability practices
