Director of Golf
Golf course in American Canyon, California is looking for a Director of Golf.
Position Overview:
Supports the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations while providing direct leadership and accountability for the Head Golf Professional and the entire Golf Operations staff. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and managing service staff, as well as ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
Class A Member of the PGA or PGA Associate.
Ability to establish effective working relationships with employees and the general public.
Knowledge of formats and operational/support requirements for golf tournaments and events.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other applications including, but not limited to: Outlook, Word and Excel.
Ability to develop and implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, work standards, compliance, management, and safety controls.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as head golf professional or director of golf or similar experience.
Compensation:
$90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year.
