We are working with the CFO of a P/E-backed services company based in Montgomery County, PA. They are looking for a dynamic Senior Director of FP&A to join their team and play a key role in financial forecasting and long-term strategic planning, ensuring the company’s financial health. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop complex financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Create and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to senior management, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Collaborate with department heads to drive financial discipline and influence decision-making, offering insights into cost drivers, profitability, and cash flow.
• Take ownership over creation of decks/ presentations for executive and board meetings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of advancement within FP&A including leadership experience
• Investment Banking foundation OR exposure to corporate M&A
• Exposure to Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Expert Excel knowledge

PREFERENCES

• MBA, CPA, or CFA
• Experience working within Private Equity or Venture Capital
• Home Services industry experience
