Title: Director, Commercial Project Management

Travel: up to 15%

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a solution-oriented creative problem solver with an appreciation for the details, to lead our Commercial Project Management team. This position will play a pivotal role overseeing product innovation/renovation projects, customer-based display/promotional pack projects, product assortment changes and cost savings opportunities that contribute to business growth, brand maintenance and efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven project management track record leading and delivering large, complex projects in CPG, food/beverage or pet care industries.

As our Director, Commercial Project Management, you’ll make an impact by:

• Developing and implementing project management processes and best practices to streamline the new product development cycle.
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, manufacturing, and supply chain, influencing others to drive alignment and execution throughout the product development process.
• Clarifying key priorities with senior leadership, ensuring cross-functional alignment while balancing resources against those with the most impact to the business.
• Managing individual project initiatives, in addition to overseeing team.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the CPG or pet care industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• PMP/CPM certification or equivalent preferred.
