Digital Fabric Printing Operator

We are seeking a skilled Digital Fabric Printing Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with textile printers, color matching, and design applications. This role requires attention to detail, technical knowledge, and the ability to maintain and calibrate printing equipment to ensure high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor digital textile printers.

• Perform color tests and ensure accurate color matching.

• Calibrate and maintain printers for optimal performance.

• Work with design files to prepare them for production.

• Troubleshoot printing issues and ensure consistent print quality.

• Collaborate with the design team to meet project specifications.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in digital fabric or textile printing.

• Strong knowledge of color theory and matching.

• Ability to calibrate and maintain textile printing equipment.

• Experience working with design software is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Compensation:
Starting pay $16.00 – $22.00+ per hour , depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other heavy equipment to facilitate the efficient movement of goods within our facility. This role is crucial in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and safely.
Responsibilities
Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and clamp trucks to load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
Safely transport goods throughout the warehouse while adhering to all safety protocols.
Assist in order picking and packing processes to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
Build pallets and prepare shipments for delivery as needed.
Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment in a warehouse setting is preferred.
Familiarity with order picking processes and warehouse management systems is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
A valid forklift operator certification is highly desirable.
Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
