**Urban Partner Logistics is Hiring Delivery Associates in San Leandro, CA**
Urban Partner Logistics LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking to hire enthusiastic drivers to deliver Amazon packages in the East Bay! We require no prior delivering experience and provide training, vehicle, and all the tools you need to become a successful Delivery Associate.
**Job Description**
**Shift time: 12: 00 pm 9 pm**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
* Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
* Pack and load products onto vans according to the companys specifications
* Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle
* Use a handheld device for routing information and customer delivery information
* Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
* Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area
* Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher
* Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
* Lift packages up to 50 pounds
* Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
**Compensation and Benefits**
* $20/hr starting pay, up to $21.50/hr plus $40/week bonus based on performance

**Basic Requirements**
* Eligible to work in the US
* At least 21 years of age
* Valid California Drivers License
* Pass a motor vehicle record check
* Pass a pre-employment drug test administered by a third-party Medical Review Officer (5-panel test including Marijuana (THC), Opioids, Phencyclidine (PCR), Cocaine, and Amphetamines)
