Job Summary:

The Data Processing Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of company data. This position involves compiling, entering, verifying, and maintaining large volumes of information across multiple systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input, review, and update data within company systems and databases.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of records to ensure data integrity.
• Identify discrepancies, perform necessary corrections, and maintain documentation of changes.
• Generate, format, and distribute reports and data summaries as requested.
• Support data audits and ensure compliance with company data standards.
• Maintain organized electronic records and uphold confidentiality protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance data management efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in data entry, administration, or related clerical functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data management tools.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
