This strategic role involves coordinating the implementation of data governance initiatives across the enterprise while also supporting the execution of business-critical data solutions that drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate balances strategic coordination and execution expertise, along with proven experience in developing and enforcing governance frameworks in complex environments. This role necessitates strong collaboration across business and technical teams to ensure that the organization’s data landscape is properly defined and leveraged.
About the Role
The Data Governance- Sr Director will coordinate the development and implementation of enterprise-wide data governance policies to ensure the integrity, consistency, and security of critical data assets. They will partner with data stewards to implement governance functions, including metadata management, data cataloging, data quality monitoring, and data privacy. The role also involves supporting the implementation of automated solutions to improve data quality and streamline compliance activities.

Pay range and compensation package
Base Salary Range: $185,000 – $235,000. Final compensation will be based on experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This is a full-time, on-site role with a competitive benefits package that includes health coverage, a 401(k) with matching, and generous paid time off.
