Job Summary:
DT Professional Services is seeking an entry-level Data Analyst to join our team in Norco, CA! In this role, you will analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support informed business and operational decision-making. You will create interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data analysis, an eye for detail, and a passion for turning data into actionable intelligence.

• Interpret data and model results, and communicate findings clearly through compelling data visualizations
• Use data visualization tools such as Power BI to develop dashboards and reports
• Perform data analysis and data modeling to support decision-making
• Report on key metrics and trends using internal and external datasets

Basic Qualifications:

• Active DoD-issued Secret Clearance
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, data visualization, or statistical analysis
• 1–3 years of experience with Power BI
• Experience creating interactive dashboards and visual reports to track key metrics and trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to identify, clean, and analyze data sets from multiple sources
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with data storytelling and dashboard design best practices
• Experience working with DoD/Navy data systems or in a defense-related environment

The compensation range for this position: $25.00 hourly
