Pathfinders Inc is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our client for a contract opportunity!
FULLY REMOTE! All equipment provided to work from home!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems
- Receiving inbound customer calls
- Identify what are the customer’s needs and then route them to the appropriate department
- Handling a blended call center environment with make outbound and taking inbound calls
- This position supports sales and is centered on different client campaigns related to corporate needs
- Document all call information accurately in the system
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 to 2 years of related experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in outbound calling techniques
- Outbound dialing, upselling experience preferred
- Telemarketing, timeshare, cold calling phone sales is a plus
- Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience is a plus
- Ability to handle a fast paced environment and able to multi-task
Job details:
- Full time: M-F
- Pay: $18.00-$19.00
- Job type: Remote -flexible shifts between 8am-11pm EST
