Position Overview: As our Copywriter , you'll bring the brand’s voice to life across all consumer touchpoints, with a heavy focus on education, social media, product storytelling, and digital marketing. You’ll write copy that’s smart, scroll-stopping, and always true to our brand ethos. This role is ideal for someone who has a finger on the pulse of pop culture, beauty trends, and internet language, and knows how to turn all of that into compelling copy. Key Responsibilities: Transform brand and product stories into engaging content that feels native to each platform, maintaining a seamless brand voice throughout. Create with purpose and develop content that adheres to our brand voice and serves to educate, engage, and drive conversions among our audience in meaningful ways. Collaborate across multiple projects and teams, serving as a critical liaison among departments including Marketing, PR, Product Development, Creative, Email, and Social to guarantee that all copy deliverables align with Dieux’s vision. Develop detailed and on-brand copy that embodies Dieux's brand essence across all communication touchpoints. Work closely with the creative team to ensure textual and visual elements are harmoniously integrated. Engage in product kick-offs and thoroughly review project briefs, focusing on marketing objectives and specific copy requests to ensure alignment with brand goals. Interpret creative direction and marketing objectives and convert them into actionable and compelling copy concepts. Drive collaboration and communication between teams to ensure timely delivery of copy, managing the approval process with stakeholders. Stay informed of beauty industry shifts, social media trends, and competitive landscape insights, leveraging this knowledge to keep Dieux at the forefront of innovation regarding copy. Requirements: 3-5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle Strong portfolio showcasing social-first copy and product storytelling Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms — and what kind of language performs Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail Agency experience is a plus! A knack for turning complex ideas into fun, digestible content Passion for beauty and a deep understanding of how different audiences engage with the category Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a flexible, “all hands on deck” attitude Understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices Experience writing for paid media (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok ads) Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Thorough working experience with Notion and Google Drive Why Join Dieux?
