About the role
ddc Group is a luxury furniture showroom in New York City. We are hiring a junior team member to support day to day digital marketing, design, and content production across our showrooms and brand portfolio. This role reports to the Brand & Marketing Manager.
What you’ll do
Content and design
· Create on-brand assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Facebook including posts, stories, Reels, and simple motion edits
· Capture light photo and video in the showroom, retouch, and organize assets
· Maintain the content calendar and prep posting packages with captions, tags, and links
Social media and community
· Write clear, luxury-tone captions tailored to each platform
· Schedule posts, monitor comments and DMs, and flag leads to the sales team
· Track what performs and share quick weekly takeaways
· Be present at all brand events to capture content
Email marketing
· Build and send newsletters in Mailchimp
· Segment lists, set UTM links, QA templates on mobile and desktop
· Report basic results like sends, opens, clicks, and top products
Ads and analytics support
· Structure Meta and Google campaign setup, audiences with assistance
· Provide weekly reporting
· Pull dashboards from GA4 and Ads Manager and log insights
Website and e-commerce support
· Update product pages and homepage features for new arrivals
· Create landing pages for digital campaigns
Cross-team coordination
· Liaise with showroom teams to gather new-arrival info and floor changes
· Keep assets, filenames, and folders organized so work is easy to find
· Pitch simple content ideas that align with launches and events
What you’ll bring
· 1 to 2 years experience or strong internships in digital marketing and design
· Portfolio that shows clean layout, typography, and short-form video edits
· Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and basic Premiere or CapCut
· Comfortable with GA4, Meta Ads Manager basics, and social scheduling tools
· Solid writing skills and a sharp eye for detail
· Based in NYC with the ability to be in office 5 days per week and attend content shoots as needed
