What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Create engaging and high-quality video, audio, and multimedia content to support training initiatives
• Develop visual and written materials, such as instructional guides and eLearning modules, ensuring clarity and consistency
• Edit and produce professional-quality video content that aligns with training goals and brand standards
• Partner with training teams and subject matter experts to identify content needs and integrate multimedia into the curriculum
• Oversee multiple media projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of final materials

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Media Production, or a related area
• 2-5 years of experience in instructional design or training development
• Experience in multimedia content creation (videos, eLearning, job aids)
• Proven background in project coordination
• Experience working in a contact center environment is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• ATD, Articulate, and PMP certifications are a plus
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and best practices in multimedia production
