Are you interested in an opportunity to earn a paycheck while learning the fundamentals of the trades? If you answered yes, Cianbro has a great opportunity where you can take your first step towards a career in construction!

This opportunity begins your career in construction with an intense 2-week educational session focusing on teamwork, safe work practices, and developing the fundamental skills needed to assist with a specific trade. All participants will learn how to take basic measurements, the proper use of hand and power tools, and equipment operation (aerial, scissor and fork lift).

Upon successfully completing the program, participants will report to their project assignments where they will apply their newly acquired skills while working alongside Cianbro’s journey-level team members. Based on performance, these new team members may have the opportunity to receive an endorsement into one of Cianbro’s apprenticeship programs, where they will continue to earn a paycheck while they learn and progress towards achieving journey-level proficiency.

Location: 2-week session occurs in Pittsfield, Maine.
