Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Details As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning all construction operations and schedules to ensure that all deadlines are met. You will also be accountable for ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards and reporting any complications relevant to them. You must interact with owners, engineers, architects, government officials and the general public in a professional manner and be able to collaborate progressively with other representatives
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage all day to day activities on the job site; daily notes, phone calls, and safety management.
- Communicate with all subcontractors on sequencing, scheduling, and coordination.
- Help maintain and improve overall schedule and adhere to it.
- Running weekly foreman/ coordination meetings.
- Manage a job site to make sure we have a clean and safe site.
Requirements:
Proven experience as construction superintendent.
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material.
Must be proficient in blue-print reading.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Understanding of building codes and OSHA.
Team player with leadership abilities.
