The Wireless Field Performance Advisor (FPA) is responsible for driving optimal performance and continuous improvement among our Suppliers by engaging in regular site visits to consult and engage directly with Suppliers to correct real-time discrepancies and identify ways to improve crew effectiveness, tool utilization, and quality.
Responsibilities:
Review and analyze site performance metrics, including, but not limited to, cycle time, close-out package (COP) first-time right, Job Hazard Assessment (JHA) compliance, wireless build quality, and customer-specific requirements.
• Based on site review and analysis, identify Supplier performance areas needing improvement, provide feedback on site performance metrics to the Territory Director and Suppliers, and partner with Suppliers to correct, adapt, and respond to the input.
• Engage with suppliers on-site to conduct root-cause analysis of performance deficiencies, troubleshoot problems, and ensure that Suppliers correct real-time discrepancies related to safety and construction.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 7+ years of recent wireless construction management experience.
• Experience managing and directing general contractor suppliers, construction scope estimation, etc. (Civils, Ground, L&A, Backhaul, Maintenance Work).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contracts (leasing, vendor facing, customer facing) and financial acumen.
