Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of commercial insurance, including risk management strategies, policy renewals, and claims management.
2. Analyze and interpret complex insurance policies and coverage details to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
4. Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on insurance products and risk management strategies.
5. Review and negotiate insurance policy terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
6. Coordinate with underwriters to resolve any issues and ensure timely policy issuance.
7. Stay updated on current trends and developments in the insurance industry.
8. Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals to clients.
9. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
1. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance, preferably in the Mortgage industry.
2. Hold a valid Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License - nice to have
3. Extensive knowledge of property and casualty insurance products and services.
4. Excellent understanding of insurance laws, regulations, and best practices.
5. Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex insurance policies and coverage details.
6. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10. Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
