What You'll Do: \n - \n CNC Operation: Set up and run full production cycles on CNC Lathe, Mill, and VTL machines for turning, milling, drilling, and tapping operations
\n - \n Optimize Performance: Reduce setup times, maintain offsets, and maximize machine utilization for improved productivity.
\n - \n Interpret Blueprints: Read and understand technical drawings, Bill of materials and routing instructions.
\n - \n Troubleshoot Programs: Diagnose and adjust CNC programs as needed.
\n - \n Inspect Parts: Perform in-process inspections and report any non-conformance issues promptly.
\n - \n Collaborate: Communicate with supervisors, managers, production control, and quality teams to resolve issues and align on production needs.
\n - \n Ensure Safety: Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE throughout your shift.
\n - \n Document Work: Record shift activities and issues for smooth handoffs.
\n - \n Maintain Equipment: Conduct daily preventive maintenance checks and log findings.

What You'll Bring: \n - \n Measurement Skills: Proficiency with calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
\n - \n Math Ability: Strong basic math skills.
\n - \n Documentation: Accurate record-keeping of machining processes.
\n - \n Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with metals, fixtures, lathe/mill tooling, and FANUC controllers.
\n - \n Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience with Doosan or Mori Lathe/VTL/Mill machines.
\n - \n Communication: Ability to read, comprehend, and complete reports in English.
\n - \n Physical Capability: Comfortable lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning heavy components.
\n - \n Reliability: Consistent attendance and adherence to company policies.
\n - \n Adaptability: Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and stand for the entire shift.
\n - \n Learning Mindset: Eagerness to learn and grow new skills.
\n - \n Team Player: Strong collaboration and positive attitude.

Your Schedule: - 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
