About the Role
The Company is in search of a part-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in driving financial growth, managing capital and debt funding, and optimizing EBITDA performance. This includes developing and executing a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the company's expansion and new service lines, as well as leading financial modeling and valuation work for various strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting financial materials to investors, lenders, and private equity partners, and will oversee all aspects of transaction planning, diligence, and capital structuring. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of senior financial leadership experience, particularly within healthcare or multi-site service organizations, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in raising and managing capital and debt for growth-stage businesses, as well as experience in EBITDA improvement, KPI-driven management, and dashboard implementation. Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and presentation are essential, and experience working with private equity, venture-backed, or investor-supported organizations is a significant advantage. The CFO will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations, overseeing audits, tax filings, and cost reports, and providing strategic financial advice to the CEO and Board of Directors.
