About the Role
The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead its mission of advancing equity and justice for the Latino community. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with expertise in policy and advocacy, responsible for understanding and addressing the opportunities and challenges within the Latino community. This role involves overseeing strategic plan development, representing the organization to key stakeholders, and driving growth through effective policy advocacy and community engagement. The CEO will also be a key figure in fundraising, maintaining financial sustainability, and fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for the mission, with a deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a proven track record of building and leading effective teams. They will be expected to enhance the organization's operations, strengthen its team, and ensure the continued development of the Board of Directors. The role requires a leader with high personal and professional standards, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse range of partners, supporters, and funders. The CEO will be the face of the organization, so they must be a compelling and inspiring communicator, capable of driving the organization's objectives and meeting its goals.
