Overview:
- Triaxle experience is required for this position, experience preferred in the paving industry and hauling blacktop as part of a paving crew. Do not apply if you do not have experience driving TRIAXLES! Pay negotiable, $30+ per hour for experienced drivers!
- We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Class A CDL Triaxle Driver to join our team. Primary work includes hauling stone and blacktop as part of a paving team. The ideal candidate will have experience driving a triaxle and working on paving jobs, including moving heavy equipment on trailers. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills and the ability to navigate diverse driving conditions. CDL Class A License with no restrictions required.
Duties:
- Operate triaxle and trailers.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Manage freight loading and unloading, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining delivery schedules.
- Dump material into paver or at locations on job sites.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays.
