Job Description: Dedicated Nighttime Reefer Truck Driver - Shenandoah Growers Average Pay: $1,180-$1,300 weekly Home Time: Weekly Experience: Minimum of 3 months CDL experience required Overview: Transport fresh produce using reefer trailers. Conduct 100% hand unloads with pallet jacks. Complete 3-5 loads per week with 2-3 stop-offs per load. Drive routes primarily within GA, IN, MD, NC, PA, SC, TN, and VA. Pay and Bonus Potential: Hourly pay structure. Weekly performance-based pay incentives. Paid orientation program. Paid time off available after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Annual bonus potential: Earn up to 2% of your gross annual pay. Qualifications: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required. This position requires night driving.
