Are you looking for a summer adventure on the water? We're seeking enthusiastic Deckhands to join our team at BEYONDER Camp Sterett Creek! As a key member of our marina operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction and safety on the water.

Responsibilities:

• Assist boaters with docking, launching, and retrieving boats.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the marina docks and surrounding areas.
• Inspect boats for damage and report any issues to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to boaters and campers.
• Maintain a working knowledge of boating safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Enjoy working outdoors and on the water.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Basic boating knowledge preferred, but not required.

This role is hourly compensation plus tips.

The pay range for this role is:

12.30 - 13 USD per hour (MO - Sterett Creek)
