The supervisor will provide guidance and support to provider service analysts handling outbound interactions, coordinate team activities, and support hiring, management, and development of employees. The role involves monitoring team performance and providing ongoing feedback and coaching. Responsibilities Manage daily, weekly, and monthly team activities Set priorities to meet performance goals such as quality, adherence, service levels, and average handling times Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations Monitor performance and coach team members Assist with escalated calls and team communication Develop and manage schedules with Workforce Management Manage local and remote team members Evaluate team calls regularly Qualifications At least one year of recent experience as a call center supervisor, preferably in healthcare member services Experience managing employee performance and coaching on call center metrics Strong technical skills (Windows, keyboarding, systems aptitude) Experience with support channels (telephone, email, chat) Excellent verbal and written communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Diversity Statement BroadPath values diversity and fosters an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.
