BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Call Center Rep for an opportunity in 100% Remote only in PST
Position Title: Call Center Rep
Location: 100% Remote PST
Duration: 03 Months of contract (Possibility to extend and/or convert to FTE)
Pay Rate: $23/hr on W2
Shift: Monday to Friday. 8:00 am to 5:00 PM PST
Position Purpose
Supports administrative care management activities including performing outreach, answering inbound calls, and scheduling services. Serves as a point of contact to members, providers, and staff to resolve issues and documents member records in accordance with current state and regulatory guidelines.
