Roles & Responsibilities The Senior Software Engineer - SolidWorks, Creo, NX, and PTC Windchill PLM Integration is responsible for leading the deployment, administration, and maintenance of integrated engineering systems. This role involves providing technical leadership, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing process improvements to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. The engineer will compile and maintain detailed documentation, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational strategies and business goals. Integration Support: Lead the deployment, administration, and maintenance of Solid Works, Creo, and NX integrated with PTC Windchill PLM, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Development and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement software solutions to enhance the functionality and integration of SolidWorks, Creo, NX, and Windchill PLM systems. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, guiding them through complex integration and deployment tasks. Troubleshooting and Support: Offer advanced technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to SolidWorks, Creo, NX, and Windchill PLM integration, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve problems efficiently. Process Optimization: Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the integrated systems. Documentation: Compile, review, and maintain detailed documentation, including technical reports, memoranda, and user manuals, to support the deployment and maintenance of the integrated systems. Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, engineering, and project management teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
