Your responsibilities will include: - Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Lead initiatives to enhance the customer experience at all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.
- UX Input: Collaborate with the UX team to ensure that the brand experience is seamlessly integrated into our mobile and web apps.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of brand campaigns, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving the brand experience.
- Partnerships and Sponsorships: Manage brand partnerships and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling brand stories and materials.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns, using data-driven analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Market and Customer needs: Understand market and customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform brand, identity and marketing strategies.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Align product positioning, messaging, and differentiation for our fintech solutions across various channels with our brand and identity
- Content and Outbound Marketing Content Development: Collaborate with marketing to create high-quality marketing content, including sales enablement materials, product brochures, case studies, white papers, and blog posts, to effectively communicate product value

Are Able to Provide Examples of: - Hands-on Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to independently create logos, color schemes, and visual assets.
- Strong Copywriting and Messaging Skills: Ability to craft compelling brand messages and taglines without relying on external copywriters.
- Portfolio of Work: A robust portfolio showcasing successful brand strategies developed for startups or small businesses.
