OneSource Staffing Solutions has an immediate need for a Bilingual   Staffing Specialist for our Hazleton, PA location.

Past Recruiting/Staffing experience is preferred.

A staffing specialist must be an excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with candidates, employees and clients. They should ideally have experience in hiring and on-boarding as well as other human resources procedures.

*This is a temp-hire position with a full benefit package when hired on, including: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with matching, and Paid-Time-Off.*

We offer  Weekly Pay and the opportunity for Monthly Commissions and  Annual Bonus.

Our Staffing Managers will be responsible for the following tasks on a daily basis:

• Identify potential candidates through effective screening, interviewing and evaluation of all potential candidates.
• Manage candidates’ information (e.g. resumes and contact details) in an Applicant Tracking System
• Schedule interviews between customers and candidates as appropriate. Coach candidates for job interviews with clients.
• Present job offers, negotiate, close the transaction, then confirm start date and compensation.

Our Staffing Manager may also be required to:

• Develop and maintain employee work schedules including assignment, job rotation, documenting time off and assignment completion.
• Partner and maintain a positive working relationship with the clients' hiring managers to develop an understanding of all open roles and responsibilities within their organizations, while ensuring that candidates selected are a match for the assignment. Also, work with Human Resource Managers to schedule New Hire Orientation and regarding schedules and pay policies.
• Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among all organizational members that allow for differences of opinions over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness, being supportive and working effectively together to enable each employee and the staffer to succeed.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and the capability to build and sustain productive working relationships with diverse individuals and client leadership.
• Use good judgment and maintain confidentiality, while demonstrating strong and effective oral and written communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain, decorate, and clean work environment.

  Schedule:

• 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30 pm.
• Supplemental pay types:

  Experience:

• Recruiting/Customer Service (Experience not required but is preferred). 
• Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
