Certified Caregiver to join our team. This position can be full or parttime and includes being responsible forthe care of our residents, which can be hands-on and/or stand-by assistance as needed. The successful candidate will have a current Certified Caregiverlicense, be an organized and detail-oriented individual with a positive andself-motivated attitude. You must have strong communication and criticalthinking abilities as interacting with seniors while providing care requiresboth abilities. - An understanding of what it takes toprovide care to residents that need physical and/or cognitive support
- Comfortable to adapt quickly to thechanging needs of an older adult
- An understanding or the willingness togain an understanding of the various forms of dementia and how residents withdementia can continue live with purpose
RELATABLE EXPERIENCE: - Prior experience working in an assisted living community or memory care community as a CCG
- Jobs or volunteer assignments that have given you opportunities to provide care for someone
- Other hospitality or healthcare related experience as a CNA or other clinical position
- Experience in customer service
- Roles in which you have been amulti-tasker
- Opportunities from your past whereyou have demonstrated kindness, patience, and compassion to varying groups andindividuals
- Volunteer work involving vulnerablegroups
QUALIFICATIONS: 1- At least 18 years of age
2- A current Certified Caregiver license
3- Ability to obtain CPR & First AidCertification
4- Current negative TB test
5- Possess the ability to sit, stand, bend,and move continuously during work hours
6- Ability to carry or transfer up to50lbs with assistance
7- Ability to pass criminalrecord/background check
8- Good time management skills
9- Must be able to work wellindependently with little oversight
10- Must have a track record of top-notchorganizational abilities and communication skills
11- Willing to attend and incorporate intoyour work efforts different types of training

Ourcompensation package will be flexible for this role based on the credentialing,tenure and skill sets each candidate brings for consideration. The hourly wage range for this position is$19.00 to $23.50/hour. Prior experience workingwith seniors is a plus.
