This position provides support to agents, clients, and customers by adjudicating claims, providing claims status, and resolving or escalating customer issues. The claims adjuster ensures proper documentation, adjudicates per the terms and conditions of the contract, utilizes available resources, and meets schedule expectations, informing management of any changes. Requirements Automotive Service Industry experience (Required: 3+ Years) Experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or Automotive Technician. Auto experience with mechanical/technical expertise in vehicle repairs and service contracts. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repairs. Responsibilities Handle claims-related calls within the work schedule, performing within defined metrics. Manage car inspections for claims over a certain amount or suspected fraud. Follow proper claims procedures as outlined in training and feedback. Understand client, agent, and contract terms thoroughly. Notify supervisor of any suspected fraud. Participate in all required training.
