Daystar Television Network is seeking an experienced  Associate Producer to join our production team at our Bedford, Texas headquarters. This role is essential to creating impactful, original content for the  Rebecca Weiss Podcast , a faith-based podcast sharing powerful life stories, testimonies, and transformative messages. If you’re a creative storyteller with the vision and skill to produce content that touches lives, you may be the person we’re looking for.  Must be a Christian committed to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Essential Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the production team to develop, plan, and produce high-quality episodes for the  Rebecca Weiss Podcast .
• Support the Senior Producer in all stages of production, from concept development to final edits.
• Edit video files using  Adobe Premiere Pro and other industry-standard software.
• Manage projects through pre-production, tapings, and post-production processes.
• Assist by writing scripts, drafting emails, and coordinating communications for assigned podcast projects.
• Adapt to evolving production needs and workflows in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer skills and a thorough understanding of podcast production.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Passionate about communicating the gospel and sharing impactful messages globally.
• Must be a dedicated follower of Jesus Christ with a commitment to joining a ministry-focused team.
• Other tasks as required.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of five years' experience in podcast or broadcast production.
• Skills such as scriptwriting, audio editing, or sound engineering are highly preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand as needed at a workstation for extended periods.
• Normal range of hearing and vision required.
• Availability for assigned shifts and extended hours during special events.
