Full Time Associate Dentist needed in Dallas, PA!

Our well-established, technology-forward dental practice is seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team. This role offers the unique opportunity to inherit an existing patient base within a modern, high-performing environment equipped with advanced technology, including cone beam imaging, electric handpieces, and CEREC. Supported by a dedicated team, the incoming dentist will treat an average of 10+ patients per day, ensuring a rewarding and efficient clinical experience.

Practice Overview:

• Established for 45 years, under new ownership since 2016
• Fee-for-service and PPO model with some traditional insurance
• Patient base: 85% adults, 15% pediatrics
• Clinical scope includes general, cosmetic, restorative dentistry, implants, and oral surgery

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive compensation at 33.33% of collections from day one, with average monthly production potential exceeding $100,000+
• Annual continuing education allowance
• Malpractice insurance fully covered by the practice
• Relocation assistance available for out-of-state candidates

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday, off by 5:00 PM
• Friday, off by 1:00 PM
• No Evenings, On call, or Weekends

Candidate Qualifications:

• Prior clinical experience required ; preference given to candidates with General Practice Residency (GPR), Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD), or equivalent experience
• Motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to grow professionally within a well-established practice
• Comfortable performing comprehensive general dentistry, including endodontics, extractions, and crowns, with willingness to expand skills
