Job Description

Bethesda Dental Specialists is seeking a highly skilled and personable Associate Dentist to join our established multi-specialty practice full-time. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-4 years of clinical experience.

This is a GREAT opportunity for a dentist looking to step into a newly built practice with an established patient base, in bustling downtown Bethesda.

About Our Practice

In business for over 10 years
Newly built location
4 Drs. (1 GD, 1 Ortho, 2 Pedo) and 2 Hygienists
90% PPO and 10% FFS
Digital x-rays, CBCT, iTero, Wave One Endo
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time
3,500 active patients and ~100 new patients per month

Compensation

Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections

Qualifications and Skills

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in Maryland, in good standing.
At least 2-4 years of clinical experience.
Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry: fillings, crowns, bridges & dentures
Endodontic, surgical, and cosmetic dentistry experience preferred
GPR or AEGD preferred
Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve

Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize patient care
Dedication to providing compassionate and personalized dental care

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
Perform procedures, including but not limited to cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
Conduct thorough examinations and diagnose dental conditions
Create treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care techniques
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry and technology
