We are seeking an Assembly Line/Machine Operator Worker for 1st & 2nd shift in Jacksonville. All positions are temp to hire. Located in a manufacturing facility, this role is essential in ensuring the efficient assembly of products while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

*Schedule is Monday-Friday 1st shift7:50a-4:10p* 2nd shift 3:50p-12:10a

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks on the production line according to specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately.
• Fabricate parts as needed to meet production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures within the manufacturing facility.
• Safe and efficient operation of molding machine
• Identification and notification of proper personnel for any deficiencies noted during production
• Ensure that any necessary trimming of parts is done correctly
• Ensure proper counts and packaging according to routing tickets
• Communicating with oncoming operator of problems that occurred during previous shift
• Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an assembly or manufacturing role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail for quality assurance purposes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
