Job Description

Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.

This role will contribute to provide on-site support for the SVC location, including event support, team support, and equipment management. Additionally, the team handles calendar support and PCN management. .

The role will consist of; Equipment management // Calendar support // team collaboration

Candidate Requirements

• Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field.

• Degrees or certifications required: N/A

• Disqualifiers:

□ Candidate is not located in the SVC area (30 miles away is acceptable)

• Best vs. Average:

→ Ability to make independent decisions and juggle multiple projects at once.

→ Preferred background in Microsoft experience to help with tools and transition.

→ Detail oriented

→ Capability to work independently, especially in a fast-paced environment.

→ The ideal candidate will be outgoing, not timid to ask questions, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

1. Minimum 2-4 years experience with Viso, iCIMS

2. Minimum 2-4 years experience with Calendar support (Outlook, teams)

3. Minimum 2-4 years experience with PowerBI (Ability to interpret the date in PowerBi)
